Coca-Cola Co. said its profit rose 14% to $1.04 billion on an 8.9% gain in revenue to $8.34 billion. The Atlanta-based company credited the results to strong growth in its overseas operations. In addition, the company said a restructuring provision in the prior year contributed to operating income growth of 34% for Coca-Cola Foods.
