New Rector at St. Francis--The Rt. Rev. Frederick Houk Borsch, bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Los Angeles, will conduct the ceremony of installation for the Rev. Robert Ellis Dunn, the recently appointed rector of St. Francis Episcopal Church in Palos Verdes Estates; clergy from other churches and community leaders will be guests, and the public is invited; there will be a choral music program under the direction of Ruth Ann Carlock, organist-choirmaster, and a reception in Parish Hall will follow the service; 6:30 p.m. Monday ; for more information, call the church office, 375-4617.
