Corporate Center’s 2nd Phase Under Way

Ground has been broken on Phase 21 of the 67 acre Heritage Corporate Center in Santa Fe Springs. The $16-million, 270,000-square-foot project is being developed by Irvine-based O’ Donnell, Armstrong, Brigham & Partners at Telegraph Road and Norwalk Boulevard. Occupancy is expected in June.
