Salomon Bros. Opens Singapore Office

Salomon Bros., the world’s leading investment banking and financing firm, said it is opening an office in Singapore to expand its business in Asia.

“We are expanding our presence in Asia and are pleased to be represented in one of the region’s most important financial markets,” Thomas Strauss, president of the company, said.

The Singapore office will be the company’s fourth office in the Asian-Pacific region.
