WORLD : Iran to Release 260 Iraqi POWs

Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Velayati announced today that Tehran will release 260 Iraqi prisoners of war.
Speaking to reporters before leaving for New York after a two-day visit here, Velayati said the release of the 260 disabled and injured POWs will mark the 10th anniversary of the Islamic revolution in Iran, according to IRNA, the official Iranian press agency.
