Office, Hangar Work to Start

Phillips Financial Group, an Agoura Hills-based development and financial concern, will begin work next month on a $5.7-million office and hangar complex at Oxnard Airport.

The project, at 1701 W. 5th St., will have 64,000 square feet of office space. Plans also call for construction of 15,000 square feet of new hangar area and the remodeling of 26,000 square feet of existing hangar space.

Aero-Flite Inc., a diversified aviation firm, will be the project’s anchor tenant. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
