Office Building Acquired
A six-story office building at 1700 E. Walnut Ave., El Segundo, has been acquired by Walnut Plaza Ltd. of San Francisco in a delayed, tax-deferred exchange with C2H2 Partnership Ltd., Los Angeles investment group, for $26.6-million, according to Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate Services.
