Investor Buys Additional Shares in HCC Industries

An investor raised his stake in HCC Industries, an Encino maker of airtight electronic connectors, from 9.2% to 10.1% of HCC’s stock.
In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Walter Neubauer said he bought 15,700 additional HCC common shares, raising his overall ownership to 167,700 shares.
The latest shares were bought between Jan. 19 and 26 at prices ranging from $4.38 to $6.13 a share, the filing said.
