Representatives of the Solidarity trade union and the government reported sharp differences after a meeting of a working group devoted to solving Poland’s economic problems. At issue was whether a government plan to attack the economic crisis would be adopted by the working group as the basis for its deliberations. Solidarity considers the plan drafted by the government a “good declaration of intentions” but short on specifics, a union spokesman said.
