Hayward D. (Dan) Fisk has joined Computer Sciences Corp. as vice president, general counsel and secretary. He previously was vice president and associate general counsel of United Telecommunications Inc., Kansas City, Mo. Fisk succeeds Albert Gluckson, who will retire April 1. The El Segundo-based company supplies computer and communications systems and services to government and industry.
