Ground Is Broken In Las Vegas on All-Suite Casino
Ground has been broken in Las Vegas on the city’s first all-suite hotel/casino. The site of the $80-million Rio Suite Hotel & Casino is at Flamingo Road and Valley View Boulevard, about one mile west of the Strip.
The 21-story, 430-suite hotel is being developed by MarCor Development Co. Inc. It was designed and will be built by Marnell Corrao Associates Inc. Both firms are based in Las Vegas.
The opening is scheduled for December.
