Azusa : Pact With Irwindale OKd

The City Council has unanimously approved an agreement with Irwindale to help the city defray any costs for law enforcement or street repairs that might be necessary if the Los Angeles Raiders move to Irwindale.
Under the pact, Azusa would be reimbursed for all police costs for traffic and crowd control on game days or for other stadium activities.
The agreement will also provide for a three-year monitoring period for traffic impacts in Azusa, after which the cost of any needed street improvements would be split between the cities, with Irwindale paying for 90%.
