The International Ballet of USIU will dance at the Centro Cultural de Tijuana again March 18-19, after a successful season south of the border last year. The program will feature three original works by Elizabeth Rowe Wistrich, including “Carmen,” which premiered at the Lyceum Theatre in November. The dancers will be accompanied by USIU’s International Orchestra, under the baton of internationally known music director Kerry Duse.
