2 Guards Slain in Spain

SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA, Spain —
Gunmen shot dead two Spanish paramilitary civil guards outside a bank Friday, police sources said. The guards were shot at point-blank range, and it was not immediately clear whether the attackers were ordinary criminals or urban guerrillas.
