Decristo/Kassardjian, an Irvine developer, bought 4.8 acres at Alicia and Jeronimo streets in Mission Viejo for $3.1 million.
Selling was Highpark Associates, a joint venture of Emkay Development Co. and Chevron Land Development.
The developer plans to erect office buildings on the site.
