The owners of the Dallas Sidekicks must post $260,000 by Monday to keep the Major Indoor Soccer League team from being taken over by its creditors, a bankruptcy judge ordered.
The Sidekicks filed for bankruptcy last month after learning that the Dallas Mavericks, the former owners, planned to foreclose on a $330,000 note.
The Sidekicks have until June 20 to file a reorganization plan, provided they meet Monday’s deadline.
