Commercial Scene : 4-Acre Site in Irvine Sold for $5 Million
The Wattson Co., Newport Beach, has purchased four acres of land at Barranca Parkway and Irvine Center Drive in Irvine from the Irvine Co. for $5 million.
Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services represented both parties in the transaction. Wattson plans to build a seven-building office park on the site.
