Rohr Industries said a shareholder suit filed against it and seven of its directors, which concerned Rohr’s shareholder rights plan, has been dropped.

Rohr had challenged the legality of the suit. But, before the hearing, the court approved a voluntary dismissal, with each party agreeing to pay its own legal costs.
