We wish to publicly express our heartfelt and deepest thanks to the Immigration and Naturalization Service Los Angeles office as well as to the U.S. Embassy in Manila for giving us their unselfish helping hand and assistance for expediting and completing our children’s documents that enabled our eldest daughter to come to the United States before her 21st birthday on Feb. 22.
Without the INS support and understanding to the problem at hand, it would be impossible for our daughter to enter this country on time.
