An investor group said it has acquired an 8.94% stake in Scotsdale, Ariz.-based Go-Video Inc. and is seeking the removal of at least three of the firm’s directors and the election in their place of its own nominees . . . J.. Penney Co.’s board increased its regular quarterly dividend by 6 cents to 56 cents a share, payable May 1 to stockholders of record April 10 . . . Ameron Inc. of Monterey Park said directors increased the quarterly dividend to 32 cents a share from 28 cents, payable May 16 to shareholders of record April 27 . . . Glenfed Inc., parent company of Glendale Federal, said it has received approval from the Federal Home Loan Bank Board for its acquisition of University Savings Bank of Seattle for about $75 million . . . Air Wisconsin has agreed to purchase from British Aerospace up to 14 British Aerospace 64-passenger advanced turboprop aircraft for about $177 million. Air Wisconsin said it would be the first airline in North America to use the aircraft, introduced in 1988 and in use in Europe.
