The San Diego Yacht Club will probably appeal a court order to forfeit the America’s Cup to New Zealand, the president of the America’s Cup Organizing Committee said.

The board of the America’s Cup Organizing Committee voted unanimously to recommend that the SDYC appeal the court decision.
