Hungary’s ruling Communist Party ousted four Politburo members in a shake-up that gives a major boost to reformers as the country prepares for a return to multi-party politics next year. The party’s Central Committee dropped ideology chief Janos Berecz, party organizer Janos Lukacs, Health Minister Judit Csehak and farm expert Istvan Szabo.
