David Balk, vice president of Wells Fargo Bank, has been named Southern California division service and production manager. He is located at the bank’s Orange County Airport office in Newport Beach. Balk joined Wells Fargo in 1986 as vice president and Southern California real estate manager for the Santa Ana and San Diego mortgage processing centers. Previously, he was vice president, business lending, for Security Pacific Bank and vice president, secondary marketing, for Meritor Credit Corp.
