TODAY

‘Walking After Midnight’

Canada, 1988, 102 minutes 10:15 p.m. Unintentional hilarity abounds in director Jonathon () Kay’s star-studded documentary promoting reincarnation. Past lives of the stars (among them Ringo Starr, Martin Sheen, Rae Dawn Chong and James Coburn), along with spacy New Age music. Highlights: Country singer K.D. Lang tells how Patsy Cline autographed her album from beyond the grave. And in a bad-taste hall-of-fame segment, actress Helen Shaver sensuously re-enacts being raped and strangled by her son in an ancient Grecian lifetime. Don’t miss this one, camp fans; you never know if it’ll be around again.
