Commercial Scene : Riverside Shopping Center to Mark Opening May 15
Nexus Town Center-Riverside, an $18-million shopping center anchored by a Stater Bros. supermarket and a Long’s Drug Store, will open May 15 at the northwest corner of La Sierra and Indiana avenues in Riverside.
Developed by Nexus USA, Newport Beach, the 11-acre project is the first major retail complex south of California 91 to serve the new 1,720-home master-planned community of Lake Hills. The architect is McClelland Cruz Gaylord & Associates, Irvine.
