From Times wire services

An Illinois man came forward today with one of four winning tickets in the state’s record $69-million lottery and said he would share the jackpot--an annual payout of $864,000 over 20 years--with his two sisters in Arizona.

The three other winners will be announced as they come forward, Lottery Director Sharon Sharp said. She also said lottery agents who sold the winning tickets and who will be paid 1% of the grand prize will be identified as the winners come forward.

Sharp said two people, one in Chicago and one downstate, contacted lottery officials Sunday to report that they were holding winning tickets. But Sharp said she could not confirm they actually had matched the winning Lotto numbers--3, 14, 32, 40, 46 and 54.
