Claremont : Gift to Claremont McKenna
The Shirley H. and Benjamin Z. Gould Family foundation has given $2 million to Claremont McKenna College, which will use the money for the Center for Humanistic Studies, established in 1987.
At the center, which will be renamed the Family of Benjamin Z. Gould Center, students guided by faculty do research in the humanities.
