Burlington Air Express Inc. in Irvine announced executive changes involving three of its divisions. Roger I. MacFarlane has been named to the new position of president of Burlington Air Express USA Inc., responsible for the company’s domestic and export air freight business. He had been executive vice president and chief financial officer of the parent. Peter Thorrington has been appointed president of Burlington Air Express International Inc., with jurisdiction for the company’s Canadian and overseas subsidiaries and activities. Previously, he was executive vice president of the parent. David L. Siegfried has been named president of Burlington Airline Express Inc. Previously executive vice president of Burlington Air Express, he remains the principal operating executive of the parent, with responsibility for the company’s private lift and hub activities.
