London Subway Strike--Rush-Hour Chaos

LONDON —
London subway train drivers staged their second unofficial strike in two weeks, bringing chaos to rush-hour travel Thursday.
Transport authorities said the 24-hour strike had put most of the subway rail network out of action and roads were jammed by commuters who switched to cars.
The rail workers are demanding a pay raise of $110 a week.
