Commercial Scene : National City Shopping Center Sold to Investors

Plaza Village Associates, a general partnership of Marc Brutten and Bruce MacDonald, has sold the 32,870-square-foot Plaza Village Retail Center, 3100 E. Plaza Blvd., National City, to three investors for $3.42 million.

The North San Diego County office of Grubb & Ellis represented the sellers and the San Diego office of Grubb & Ellis represented the buyers, Mr. and Mrs. Kun S. Kim, Tucson, Mr. and Mrs. Jae Park of San Diego, and Mr. and Mrs. Chong Kim of Chicago.
