Design 1 has leased 11,153 square feet of space in Delta Tower South, 2049 Century Park East, Century City. Charter Commercial Brokerage Co., Newport Beach, represented Design 1 in the seven-year lease which has a consideration of about $2.5 million. The Royce Co. represented the lessor.
