Commercial Scene : Tustin Corporate Center Bought for $4.25 Million

Paul Ostro of San Clemente has purchased the Tustin Corporate Center, 2552 Walnut Ave., Tustin, for $4.25 million. Grubb & Ellis represented both Ostro and the seller, Tustin Corporate Park Ltd., in the transaction.

The 33,577-square-foot office park is fully leased and is anchored by Far Western Bank.
