Commercial Scene : Law Firm Triples Space in Century Plaza Towers

The law firm of Kelly, McAuliffe, Siemens & Hentschel has tripled the amount of space it occupies in Century Plaza Towers, the twin-tower office project in Century City’s ABC Entertainment Center.

The firm has expanded from its previous 3,611 square feet of office space to 10,114 square feet of space in the South Tower at 2049 Century Park East in a 10-year deal valued at $2.7 million. Royce Co. represented both the law firm and the owners of the towers, a joint venture of The Prudential and an affiliate of JMB Realty Corp.
