A man who was released and deported after 18 years in a Mexican prison on murder and drug charges crossed into the United States at Chula Vista but was jailed by San Diego police after a computer check showed that he was wanted on a burglary charge in Illinois and on federal warrants in Nebraska and Minnesota. Three Cook County, Ill., warrants on Henry K. Wangrow, 59, date back to the late 1960s, said San Diego police spokesman Bill Robinson.
