Because of an error by L.A. International Airport officials, The Times was given incorrect figures for the number of January tons of cargo. The correct comparative figures for L.A. International Airport in January were: 90,264 tons of cargo in 1989 and 91,318 tons of cargo in 1988, representing a 1% decrease. Passenger and cargo totals below are for February.
