Commercial Scene : Prudential Realty Buys Distribution Center

Prudential Realty Group has paid $10.5 million to SDC Development for the Vintage Distribution Center, a 282,700-square-foot distribution and warehouse facility at the northeast corner of Francis Street and East Vintage Avenue, Ontario.

The center’s sole tenant, L.A. Gear’s shoe division, will remain in the complex.
