Commercial Scene : Manufacturer Leases in Rancho Dominguez

Hoechst Celanese, a manufacturer of chemical products, has signed a $10-million, 15-year lease for 100,000 square feet of space in Trammell Crow’s new $70-million Rancho Pacifica Business Park in Rancho Dominguez.

Starting June 1, the Western distribution center for Hoechst Celanese will occupy part of the 382,650-square-foot industrial building at 2323 E. Pacifica Place.
