Mathieu Hermans of the Netherlands won the 14th leg of the 44th Tour of Spain cycling race, his second victory in a row, while Omar Hernandez of Colombia remained the overall leader at Zaragoza, Spain.
Hermans covered the 102.3 miles in 3 hours 59 minutes 19 seconds, beating out Marnix Lameire of Belgium and Malcolm Elliot of Britain in a final sprint.
