Rick Dalton has been appointed executive vice president of Gentosi Bros. Contractors, Irvine. In his new position, he will oversee all operations, including estimating, pre-construction and construction services, marketing and strategic planning. Dalton was previously senior vice president of Elliott Corp. of Newport Beach, a general contracting firm.
