Eric Vanderaerden of Belgium became the first two-stage winner in the Tour de Trump bicycle race, out-sprinting Davis Phinney at the finish to take the 107.2-mile stage from Front Royal, Va., to Charlottesville, Va.
Dag Otto Lauritzen of Norway maintained his 17-second advantage over Dutchman Henk Lubberding and is still the overall leader. Vanderaerden moved into third place overall.
