Churchill Downs stewards announced a five-day suspension for jockey Clarence (Jo Jo) Ladner III for careless riding in the Kentucky Derby. They did not elaborate.
Ladner was aboard Northern Wolf, which finished sixth in the race won by Sunday Silence.
