The Orange County Chamber of Commerce Small Business Council is sponsoring a midyear economic update for executives at a breakfast meeting Tuesday in Anaheim. Rick Muth of Orco Bank will be chairman of the event, which will feature speakers Frederick L. Cannon, vice president and senior economist for Bank of America in San Francisco, and Adrian R. Sanchez, associate economist for Security Pacific National Bank.
