Xerox to Lease in Crossroads Atrium

Lease negotiations valued at just under $3 million have been completed for the new Crossroads Atrium Building at 13181-91 Crossroads Parkway North, City of Industry, according to its exclusive leasing agent, Tim Cullen.

Businesses planning to move to the Atrium building include Xerox Corp.’s San Gabriel Valley district sales and service office, currently located in El Monte.

The Atrium is within the 110-acre Crossroads Business Park adjacent to the Pomona (60) and San Gabriel River (605) freeways, where other tenants currently include American Isuzu Motors, E. I. Dupont, Reynolds Metals Co., City National Bank, Donnelley Information Publishing Co., Bank of Industry and Astro Office Products.
