Holding Parents Responsible
Why don’t we just require that all babies be born via in-vitro fertilization and raised only in state-run facilities? That way parents will not be responsible for their kids. Or why not charge parents with murder when their 15 year old goes on a killing spree?
Parents cannot be legally responsible for all the things their kids do. What are parents supposed to do? Attach radio collars on their kids to keep tabs on them? Keep them on leashes?
The new state law used against Williams is vague and ridiculous and should be abolished.
