10 Hurt During Brawl at Prison in New York

COXSACKIE, N.Y. —
At least seven prisoners and three corrections officers were injured when a brawl broke out as hundreds of black and Latino inmates milled about in a prison yard, authorities said Saturday.
A small group of inmates started a fight that quickly escalated Friday at Greene Correctional Facility, a corrections spokesman said. About 80 inmates were transferred to other facilities Saturday.
Prison officials were investigating what caused the violence.
