Anaheim : Anaheim Offers Reward for Anti-Graffiti Help
The Anaheim City Council is offering a $500 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of graffiti writers.
Graffiti was responsible for a large number of the 1,000 nuisance complaints received by the city in the last year, said John Poole, code enforcement manager.
Residents can report graffiti confidentially through a new bilingual hot line, (714) 776-1306. To report graffiti in progress, residents are asked to call (714) 999-1911.
Graffiti-writing is a criminal offense punishable by a fine of up to $1,000 and 6 months in jail.
