Three high-ranking members in the news department at Spanish-language KVEA Channel 52 have left the station. A spokesman said Wednesday that Bob Navarro, news director for the last 10 months; Ray Diaz, producer and managing editor, and Mabel Solares, planning editor and coordinator, resigned the previous afternoon. However, Navarro, interviewed at home Wednesday morning, insisted that he had been fired.
