Dog-License Fee
As a responsible owner of neutered dogs, I was outraged to read that the Orange County dog license will be increased 1%. About one-third of the shelter’s budget is spent on cats, yet dog owners are expected to continue to subsidize cat owners. I feel that cats should also be licensed. Readers who object to the increase in dog licensing should call the Orange County Board of Supervisors and voice their objections.
