A car believed to have plunged into the Great Miami River when a temporary bridge collapsed near Cincinnati was pulled from the river with a body inside, authorities said. The body was the second found in the river since the May 26 collapse of the one-lane, temporary U.S. 52 bridge. Helen C. Zorn, 52, of the Cincinnati suburb of Green Township was found early last week floating in debris about five miles downriver from the bridge. Hamilton County officials said Zorn’s daughter, Terry Siemon, 27, was believed to have been with her when the bridge collapsed. However, sheriff’s officers could not immediately confirm that the body recovered inside the car was that of Siemon, even though the car was identified as the one occupied by the mother and daughter, authorities said.
