Junk Mail
How much do junk mail and flyer ads contribute to the 1.5 tons of trash that each local resident sends to the dump every year? If Assemblywoman Marian La Follette (letter, May 24) could find a cure for the paper pestilence of unsolicited advertisements, she’d reduce the trash from my household by 50%.
